Job Description In the Retail Credit Business Management League, in the Installment and Distribution Development Team, we are looking for a Service Expert.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of a strategic direction for the bank.

Who we are looking for: - You have experience in working with merchants; - You have high motivation and a sense of responsibility; - You have good communication skills; - You have good analytical skills; - You have the ability to adopt new things; - If you are energetic, motivated, and organized; - You are ready for challenges and new things;

What you will do: - Search for potential sales channels and make offers; - Daily sales analysis and planning of relevant campaigns; - Control profitability and revenues; - Identify and assist with product issues; - Prepare reports and process information; - You will be in close communication with various directions in the bank: retail loans, payment systems, marketing, and risk; - Search for potential segments and implement them in the product;

Qualification - Experience in planning sales campaigns; - Ability to process/analyze large volumes of data (working with databases, Excel, Genie, or other AI tools); - Experience in analyzing business processes; - Knowledge of bank processes and products - Willingness to work with AI instruments and modern technologies
