Import Cargo Specialist

Company "Lasare", which represents a complex combination of an aviation cargo terminal and a customs warehouse, is announcing a vacancy for the position of Import Cargo Specialist.

Work schedule: Shift work every third day - with a 24-hour work schedule.

Main functions:

** Accurate and operational recording of incoming cargo in the electronic customs system.

** Issuance of cargo documentation to receiving organizations or individuals, based on a power of attorney and/or an extract from the register.

** Ensuring all necessary procedures for issuing cargo after receiving the declaration document.

** Complete and accurate compilation of cargo documentation for issuance from the terminal and systematic reflection in the specialized operational program (CWM).

Requirements:

** Higher education;

** Mandatory high-level English language proficiency (B2 and/or C1);

** At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position is desirable;

** Knowledge of official correspondence production specifics;

** Knowledge of office computer programs;

** Experience working in a cargo terminal, import operations, customs documentation, or logistics will be considered a significant advantage.

Personal qualities and skills:

** High sense of responsibility, maximum accuracy, and attention to detail (when compiling documents).

** Effective verbal and telephone communication skills, customer orientation, and politeness.

** Ability to work in shifts and in a team.
