"UNICOM" is announcing a vacancy for a Sales Consultant position in its Batumi branch.

We are looking for an energetic, communicative, and result-oriented person who is interested in technology, enjoys interacting with customers, and wants to develop professionally in sales.

Workplace: Batumi, I. Chavchavadze St. №3

Direct Supervisor: Branch Manager

Main duties and responsibilities:

Correctly identify customer needs and offer relevant products; Professionally introduce product features and advantages to customers; Help customers make the right choice and ensure a high standard of service; Fulfill personal sales targets and actively participate in the branch's overall results; Offer additional and related products; Constantly study product range, technical characteristics, and innovations; Organize products, prices, and stands in your work area; Participate in timely display of new products and arrangement of the trading hall; Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries and needs; Collaborate with the team to achieve the branch's overall sales targets; Comply with company service and work discipline standards.

Qualification requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively with customers; Desire to sell and achieve results; Interest in technology and electronics; Customer orientation; Responsibility and punctuality; Teamwork skills; Desire to learn and develop professionally; High motivation and activity.

Experience in sales or technology will be considered an advantage, but it is not required - we value the candidate's motivation, responsibility, and desire to learn.

Remuneration and conditions:

Fixed salary - 1,000 GEL; Bonus based on personal sales performance; Team bonus based on branch KPI performance; Total remuneration - 2,500 GEL+ in case of high results; 40-hour workweek; Transparent and result-oriented bonus system; Training in products and sales; Opportunities for professional and career development; Stable and team-oriented work environment.
