Cost Estimator

"Costp.ge" is announcing a vacancy for a Cost Estimator position.

We are looking for a professional who can prepare full and detailed estimates for monolithic, architectural, and engineering works. The collaboration will be remote, project-based, and the remuneration will be determined based on the volume and complexity of each project.

Main responsibilities:

Full processing of project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation; Calculation of volumes of monolithic, architectural, and engineering works; Preparation of detailed, resource-based, and lump-sum estimates; Calculation of work, materials, labor resources, mechanisms, and other expenses; Correct determination of resources and expenses included in unit prices; Finding, comparing, and reflecting current market prices in the estimate; Preparation of commercial proposals and budgets; Updating the estimate in accordance with changes implemented in the project; Verification of volumes of completed works and financial data; Comparison of different versions of estimates and identification of possible discrepancies; Professional communication with the client, project manager, architects, and engineers; Performing work within agreed deadlines and with high accuracy.

Qualification requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in cost estimation; Master's degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field; Practical experience in estimating monolithic, architectural, and engineering works; Ability to independently prepare resource-based and lump-sum estimate documents; Ability to freely read construction drawings, projects, specifications, and schedules; Experience in accurately calculating and verifying volumes of work; Good knowledge of construction materials, work processes, technological sequences, and resources; Knowledge of construction market prices and relevant technical standards; Ability to correctly calculate direct and indirect costs, overhead costs, and other financial components; High-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word; Ability to work with formulas, data tables, and processing large amounts of information in Excel; High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail; Strong analytical and mathematical skills; Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines; Ability to work remotely and independently; High standard of confidentiality.
