Workplace: Tbilisi, Chavchavadze Avenue #37m;

Working hours: 2/2 (2 working days, 2 days off);

Functions and responsibilities:

** Preparation of all cold dishes, salads, sauces, and side dishes from the menu, strictly following standard recipes and technologies; ** Preparation of dishes according to orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; ** Decorating and serving dishes according to established rules; ** Constant control of ingredient stock and notification of the chef if necessary; ** Proper storage of products, control of expiration dates.

Qualification requirements:

** At least 1 year of experience working as a cold dish cook; ** Knowledge of food technologies, modern methods of cooking and serving dishes; ** Knowledge of food safety and hygiene norms; ** Knowledge of using kitchen inventory and equipment; ** Desirable knowledge of Russian/English; ** Attention to detail and organization; ** Ability to work quickly and efficiently; ** High sense of responsibility; ** Punctuality; ** Good teamworking and communication skills.
