Company "Euro Panel Group" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Project Manager.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00 Work Location: Head Office, Tbilisi, S. Tsinadze St. 12, Axis Business Center.

Salary: According to experience and qualifications.

Main Responsibilities:

** Preparation of quantitative project cost estimates; ** Project budgeting; ** Preparation of work plan-schedules and identification of risks; ** Workforce management; ** Technical planning of ongoing construction works at the site; ** Ensuring compliance with work plan-schedules and quality control; ** Site supply and supply chain management; ** Control of material quantity expenditures; ** Registration of acceptance and handover; ** Compilation and registration of Form N2; ** Weekly reporting

Mandatory Requirements:

** Experience in a similar position or in project management or business administration for at least 2 years; ** Experience working on external facades. ** Knowledge of office programs; ** Knowledge of foreign languages (desirable)
