Workplace: Kutaisi Polyclinic Work schedule: Full-time, standard
Main responsibilities:
Processing clinic revenues and ensuring documentation accuracy in accordance with predetermined standards and deadlines; Processing patient histories, ensuring completeness and accuracy of medical documentation; Managing the calculation process based on the patient's medical history; Submitting performance documentation to various institutions within predetermined deadlines; Managing patient cases within insurance and universal healthcare frameworks; Providing information on clinic revenues to the head office; Managing processes related to debtor patients; Daily control of cash balance; Checking the accuracy of information provided by colleagues, uploading it to the relevant state program, controlling and managing errors.
Qualification requirements:
Higher education in Business Administration/Healthcare Management/Banking/Finance is required; Experience working in a medical institution is desirable; Knowledge of working principles on the State Insurance Agency's portal is desirable.
