Key Responsibilities: - The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager is to sell properties as per the employer's plan and perform necessary activities, including but not limited to: - Offering products to potential clients; - Providing comprehensive information about projects to clients visiting the service center; - Responding promptly and competently to incoming phone calls and emails; - Entering and/or processing data in the sales system; - Preparing and executing contracts for clients; - Developing tailored payment schemes for clients based on their individual needs; - Visiting project construction sites as needed; - Preparing relevant reports as required; - Working in specific programs to perform tasks (including but not limited to Bitrix 24); - Performing other related tasks as instructed by the supervisor
Qualification Requirements: - Higher education (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields) - At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field; - Conversational English and Russian language skills (minimum B2 level), knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications at a user level - Time management skills; - Attention to detail; - Ability to share team responsibilities and provide support; - Problem identification and analysis skills; - Flexibility towards changes; - Effective verbal communication and presentation skills.
