Insurance company Unison announces a vacancy for the position of Hospital Insurance Case Management Manager.
Main responsibilities: - Identification of the insured person, submission of documents if necessary, including regulation of cases within the delegation framework; - Full presentation of all necessary documentation to the insured person regarding the discussed cases; - Identification of incompletely presented documentation by the insured person and identification of shortcomings, requesting additional documents on-site, as well as requesting additional documentation from the insured person and/or clinic if necessary after discussion; - Organization, classification, and systematization of documentation in chronological order in relevant folders; - Regulation and management of hospital cases (including preparation of guarantee letters) within the deadline established by the contract. - Preparation of a decision on reimbursement and its reflection in the program based on the documentation submitted by the insured person after receiving planned/emergency hospital services in a non-provider clinic; - Review of incoming letters on planned hospital cases and preparation of a reasoned response in case of refusal, with the direct supervisor's approval;
Basic qualification requirements: - Higher education in the medical field; - At least 1 year of experience in the same position; - Knowledge of computer office programs; - Knowledge of Russian and English languages at a communicative level;
