I, Natia Khizanishvili, Category Manager for Paints, Varnishes, and Decoration, have been working at Gorgia since 2018, and I am announcing a vacancy for the position of Category Sales Manager in the Distribution Department. I will teach the selected candidate about the technical data of materials, service standards, and effective communication with customers. I will help develop project management, analysis, planning, and communication skills. The company "Gorgia" has been conducting international trade relations since 1998. Function-Responsibilities: - Market and competitor analysis, development of a strategy to attract new partners, and updating the database; - Developing a development plan for brands included in the category, increasing awareness; - Offering products in the category, testing, sharing technical characteristics of materials, monitoring and stimulating sales; - Coordinating orders and inventory; - Analyzing sales results and assortment and optimizing.

Basic Qualification Requirements: - Higher education; - At least 1 year of experience working in sales; - Knowledge of Turkish or English at B2 level; - Knowledge of MS Office programs; - A driving license and a personal car are required.
