The Italian Bistro "Milanese Bistro" is announcing a vacancy for a Supervisor position!

Location: Tbilisi Work schedule: Full-time

Main responsibilities:

• Service standards management: ensuring the smooth operation of the hall; implementing and controlling high-quality service.
• Team leadership: managing waiters and bartenders, adapting and training new employees.
• Interaction with guests: welcoming guests, monitoring their satisfaction, and professionally resolving any non-standard situations or complaints.
• Operational processes: controlling cash operations, overseeing hall inventory and cleanliness.
• Marketing activities: supporting special offers and Italian gastronomic days in the hall, in coordination with the kitchen and bar.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in the restaurant field (preferably in premium or conceptual establishments) in a similar position.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Perfect knowledge of Georgian and English languages.
• Knowledge of restaurant programs (e.g. Fina or similar) is desirable.
• High sense of responsibility, ability to orient in stressful situations and make quick decisions.
