Psychologist

"Society Biliqi" within the framework of the child care program announces a vacancy for a Psychologist.

Main functions and responsibilities:

Work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week; 40 hours a week (full-time);

Identify the psychological needs of beneficiaries and plan appropriate measures;

Work with the beneficiary's parent, based on the child's best interests;

Conduct individual and group meetings/work with beneficiaries;

Reflect and implement relevant activities in the individual service plan of each beneficiary according to their psychological needs;

Develop skills in children through drawing, music, and play therapy, necessary for their full-fledged psycho-social functioning;

Plan and organize various events (cognitive and entertaining) with the active involvement of beneficiaries;

Participate in case discussions and conferences;

Prepare reports on the work done.

Requirements:

Higher education with a psychologist qualification

Experience working as a psychologist with children and families (at least 1 year)

Writing skills

Knowledge of English and Russian languages (desirable)

Ability to identify and support the interests and opportunities of beneficiaries

Ability to empathize and support beneficiaries

Effective communication, ability to gain trust and build relationships

Flexibility and independence

Receptivity to different opinions and innovations

Self-control and ability to maintain calm in difficult and stressful situations

Planning and organization skills

Teamwork skills
