Job Description You, as a Business Lending Expert: - Discover and attract new customers - Analyze incoming applications and assess risks - Assess the customer's financial condition - Process loans up to 300,000 GEL - Prepare credit files and submit to the Credit Committee - Monitor the credit portfolio

Qualifications - At least 6 months of experience working with mini or micro loans - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Knowledge of English and Russian languages - Experience working as an expert or in sales is required - Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies
