Client Relationship Officer

"Foresight" is a financial group that creates and develops various types of financial products and services.

The group's one of the directions is "FXHub" - an online currency exchange platform that offers users currency conversion at a competitive rate, quickly and easily.

We are looking for a Client Relationship Officer to strengthen the "FXHub" team, whose main task will be to attract new clients, offer FXHub services, and establish and develop long-term business relationships with clients.

Location: Marshal Gelovani Avenue 52, Tbilisi

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00-18:00

Probation period: 6 months

Main responsibilities:

Finding new potential clients and establishing communication with them;

Active communication with potential clients and making Cold Calls;

Conducting commercial negotiations and closing deals;

Managing the entire process of attracting new clients;

Managing potential deals and client relationship processes;

Fulfilling individual plans and KPIs.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education;

Experience working in sales and client relationships;

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;

Result-oriented, proactive, and goal-oriented;

Ability to work independently and effectively manage the sales process;

Experience working in the financial sector, banking, currency operations, or B2B sales will be considered an advantage.
