LLC "Lotus" is announcing a vacancy for a Dispatcher position.

About us:

LLC "Lotus" is one of the successful and developing taxi parks in Tbilisi, managing over 100 vehicles and focusing on service quality, effective management, and implementation of technological solutions.

Main responsibilities:

• Monitoring over 100 vehicles daily using GPS systems and the taxi park's internal platform
• Control, support, and coordination of drivers in 24 or 12-hour shifts.
• Identification of violations and timely response (e.g., speeding, rule violations, and detection of driver dishonesty)
• Issuance of commands and timely communication with drivers
• Ensuring compliance with shift work plans and maintaining relevant records
• Constant control of cleanliness, appearance, and vehicle condition in coordination with the monitoring group
• Management and reporting of problematic cases to management

Qualification requirements:

• Work experience as a dispatcher or similar position will be considered an advantage
• Good organizational and communication skills
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to master technological platforms (GPS, Microsoft, TSheets, or similar)
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
• Fluent writing and speaking in Georgian, Russian or English will be considered an advantage

Working conditions:

• Shift work - 24 hours every third day or 12-hour shifts every second day.
• Work from a modern office in Tbilisi (A. Belyashvili St. 57)

The vacancy is open until the selected candidate is employed. The selected candidate must undergo a one-week training and a one-month paid probationary period.
