Main responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating employees working in the branch;

Monitoring the service and sales process;

Ensuring the smooth operation of the branch, technical equipment, consumables, product storage, and visual cleanliness;

Managing/controlling current processes in the warehouse, controlling the accuracy of balances;

Being responsible for the sales process, controlling sales managers according to the established sales process; controlling the accuracy of sales-related documentation;

Managing technical team processes, controlling the quality and deadlines of work performed in the service;

Managing the full cycle of warranty cases, mediating between customers and warranty craftsmen;

Having information about the full range of products and current promotions, sharing news with sales managers, and controlling their competence;

Analyzing the work done and ensuring the constant training of personnel to improve the quality of work;

Negotiating with dissatisfied customers on the one hand in the sales process and on the other hand in the service, and resolving problems;

Stimulating the growth of product and service sales, fulfilling the branch plan.

Qualification requirements:

At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position;

Experience working in the automotive/motorcycle field;

Knowledge of office programs (Excel, Word);

Experience working in 1C will be considered an advantage;

Knowledge of English and/or Russian;

Team management skills;

Ability to negotiate.
