Accountant for Cash Operations

"New Vision" Medical Group is announcing a vacancy for an Accountant position - in the direction of cash operations.

** Work location: Tbilisi. ** Work schedule: 5 working days a week, 09:00 - 18:00. ** Salary: 1700-2000 GEL (NET).

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Daily monitoring / checking of cash received through cash registers and terminals, comparison of software data and revenue service (RS) electronic system data. ** Monitoring and control of the process of crediting cash received from the company's retail outlets to the bank account; ** Control of the process of spending documents equal to checks (DCE); ** Production of comparisons with debtors and creditors, preparation and execution of relevant comparison acts; ** Reflection of returned / discounted products in the software system and issuance of corresponding correction invoices; ** Issuance of VAT invoices for realization according to issued invoices; ** Processing, analysis, and reflection of data revealed as a result of inventory in the software system; ** Performance of additional tasks defined by the immediate supervisor within its function and responsibilities.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education in Accounting / Finance; ** Knowledge of accounting principles; ** Knowledge of Excel at a medium to high level; ** At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position; ** Experience working in the FINA program is desirable; ** Knowledge of the basics of the Tax Code is desirable.

** Analytical thinking; ** Ability to identify and solve problems independently; ** Attentive and detail-oriented; ** High sense of responsibility; ** Organized.
