It was the first company that aimed to make Swiss watches easily accessible to local customers and introduced well-known Swiss watch brands to the Georgian market. Today, LLC "ArtTime" is a leading company in the Swiss Made Watches sector in Georgia.

The company is announcing a vacancy for an Accountant position in Tbilisi.

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Ensuring accounting and financial record-keeping in accordance with Georgian legislation and international accounting standards.

** Preparing, analyzing accounting records, financial and other reports.

** Reflecting banking operations in the program and controlling balances.

** Processing purchase operations from the RS portal in the program.

** Reflecting services of individuals in the program.

** Transferring travel expenses to the expense account based on the relevant order.

** Sending monthly realizations to tenant companies.

** Accruing salaries, insurance, and dividends to relevant accounts.

** Controlling debtor/creditor organizations.

** Filling in statistical data on the relevant portal.

** Managing the process of closing the financial year/month/quarter.

** Storing and archiving accounting information and documentation.

** Performing tasks assigned by the director and immediate supervisor as needed.

Main qualification requirements:

** Higher education in finance.

** At least 5 years of work experience as an accountant.

** Experience working with the 1C program.

** In-depth knowledge of the Georgian Tax Code.

** Experience in processing declarations.

** Knowledge of international accounting standards.

** Knowledge of office programs.

Skills:
