HVAC Engineer-Specialist

LLC High-Tech Hospital "Medcenter" announces a vacancy for the position of Engineer-Specialist in ventilation, air conditioning, and heating systems (HVAC).

Location: Batumi, LLC "High-Tech Hospital Medcenter" Department: Technical Department Work Schedule: Full-time

Position Purpose:

To ensure continuous, safe, and sanitary norm-compliant operation of the clinic's infrastructure microclimate (heating, cooling, ventilation); scheduled monitoring of systems, repair of automation and electronic control boards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

**HVAC and Chiller Management:** - Daily monitoring, adjustment, and maintenance of central cooling systems (chillers), split/multi-split air conditioners, and air handling units (AHU). - Control of ventilation system airflow and temperature regimes in various zones of the clinic.

**Electronics and Automation:** - Diagnostics of electronic control blocks (boards) of ventilation, air conditioning, and heating systems. - On-site repair of damaged control boards, component recovery/replacement, and system calibration.

**Filtration and Hygienic Standards:** - Constant monitoring of indoor and outdoor air filters condition. - Timely cleaning, scheduled replacement of filters, and air purity control (compliance with clinical standards).

**Boiler House:** - Ensuring proper and safe operation of the clinic's boiler. - Control/service of heating system pressure, temperature, and circulation pumps.

**Prevention and Response:** - Adherence to and record-keeping of scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) work schedules. - Prompt response to emergency shutdowns and timely problem elimination.

Qualification Requirements:

**Education and Knowledge:** - Technical or professional education in electronics, engineering, or heating-cooling (HVAC). - In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering and electronics (circuit reading, working with measuring equipment, board repair).

**Experience:** - At least 2 years of practical experience in servicing chillers, AHU units, and ventilation systems. - Real experience in repairing control boards and automation. - Experience working with boiler systems.

**Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working in a medical institution, laboratory, or similar high-demand facility.

Personal Skills and Competencies:

**High sense of responsibility and attention to detail. ** Ability to quickly diagnose and solve problems. ** Teamwork skills and strict adherence to safety rules.
