Block Machine (Vibropress) Operator
Responsibilities:
- Control of automatic vibropress, which produces construction blocks based on pumice and cement.
- Control of the mixture: accurate observation of proportions of pumice, cement and water to obtain the correct consistency.
- Daily maintenance of the machine: thorough cleaning of the press and matrices from abrasive mixture residues, lubrication of nodes at the end of each shift.
- Control of pressing quality and geometry of finished blocks.
Requirements:
- Experience working with blocks, slabs or concrete units (jacks) will be considered a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of machine operation principles (hydraulics, electricity, vibropressing).
- Discipline, sense of responsibility and a careful (custodial) attitude towards equipment.
Conditions:
- Workplace: Tbilisi, Akaki Belishvili Street (Didube/Dighomi).
- Work schedule: full-time.
- Salary: based on output, from 3000 GEL per month + bonus for exceeding the plan and producing flawless products.
