Company "Eltegi" is announcing a vacancy for a Procurement Specialist position.

Location: #44/3 Ketevan Tsamembulishvili St., #0103 Tbilisi, Georgia

Work Schedule: Full-time

Remuneration: Fixed salary + quarterly bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct negotiations with international and local suppliers, agreeing on commercial terms;
• Search for new manufacturers and suppliers, assess them, and manage the supplier base;
• Analyze procurement requests, receive and compare price quotes, and prepare optimal procurement solutions;
• Coordinate the import process - from order to delivery, including control of relevant documentation;
• Organize international shipments and coordinate with suppliers and transport companies;
• Analyze procurement-related costs, control the budget, and identify opportunities for optimization;
• Collaborate closely with technical and sales teams to agree on product specifications, deadlines, and delivery terms;
• Prepare periodic reports on procurement and delivery processes for management.

Qualification Requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience in international procurement, import/export, or supply chain management;
• High-level English language skills (written and verbal);
• Working knowledge of Russian;
• High-level proficiency in office software (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).
