"ILARIA" is looking for a Lawyer for a partner holding company.

** Work format: Full-time, onsite

** Work schedule: Monday to Friday

** Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00

** Salary: 4000 GEL (net)

The goal of this position is to ensure the legal safety of the company's activities, regulate labor relations, and effectively support legal business processes in accordance with Georgian legislation.

Main functions and responsibilities:

Labor law and internal regulations:

Ensuring the company's full compliance with labor law requirements; Developing, updating, and managing employment contracts, internal regulations, policies, and procedures; Identifying and preventing legal risks related to labor safety and personnel management; Protecting and managing the company's interests in labor disputes.

Legal support and compliance:

Ensuring the company's activities comply with current legislation; Communicating with regulatory and state bodies, analyzing legal requirements; Ensuring compliance with personal data protection regulations.

Contract management:

Preparing, analyzing, and assessing legal risks of various types of contracts (with partners, suppliers, etc.); Preparing NDA, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other legal documents.

Collaboration with internal teams:

Close collaboration with HR, operational, and other internal teams; Preparing legal conclusions and recommendations for management.

Qualification requirements and necessary skills:

Higher legal education; Knowledge of English and Russian languages (written and oral) - required; At least 3 years of work experience as a lawyer; In-depth knowledge of Georgian labor law/labor code - required; Practical experience in preparing employment contracts and internal organizational documentation; High sense of responsibility and analytical thinking; Detail-oriented and risk assessment skills.
