The Unfound Door hotel is announcing a vacancy for a Cook position.

Job brief:

• Preparing dishes from existing menus and adhering to relevant standards.

Function-responsibilities:

• Preparing dishes from the object's menus, considering high standards and quality

• Managing subordinate employees and supervising kitchen sections to ensure timely preparation and presentation of orders / monitoring

• Ensuring / controlling hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen area, maintaining constant cleanliness of workspaces.

• Controlling the taste properties of dishes to ensure compliance with the standards set by the head chef

• Minimizing losses, controlling stocks, portions, and "target-plating", ensuring advance supply

• Monitoring food storage and storage conditions, managing processes according to standards

Qualification requirements:

• Experience working in this position

• Knowledge of English is desirable, any additional language will be considered an advantage

Terms:

• Workplace - Tbilisi, D. Archaghebeli Avenue 111

• Work schedule - 5 working days a week, 8-hour schedule
