MEP Engineer

Company Spectrum, a fully integrated design and construction company, whose services include architecture, interior design, urban planning, and construction, is announcing a vacancy for the position of MEP Engineer.

Qualification requirements and responsibilities: - Higher education in construction/engineering; - At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing MEP systems; - Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other computational programs; - Knowledge of local and international norms and standards; - Knowledge of heating - cooling, ventilation - air conditioning, water supply, and electricity supply system design; - Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainable design principles; - Development of technical documentation and specifications; - Ability to communicate effectively in Georgian and English; - Research and analysis of the MEP market;

Personal qualities and skills: - Effective time management; - Good organizational skills; - Ability to work on different tasks simultaneously; - Ability to work in stressful situations; - Teamwork and responsibility; - Development-oriented; - Hardworking and energetic; - Socially open and collegial; - Punctual.
