The company "Reneco" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Import Specialist.

Basic requirements:

Own vehicle (the company provides fuel)

At least 2 years of experience working as a Purchasing Manager;

Knowledge of computer office programs;

Experience working with the APEX program is desirable;

Conversational knowledge of English and Russian;

Basic responsibilities:

Execution of the purchasing process planned by the direct supervisor in accordance with the company's internal purchasing procedures;

Organization of the delivery process, ensuring a timely and cost-effective delivery cycle of products;

Production and control of documentation related to activities;

Verification of the validity and quality of purchased products before storage;

Ensuring the return of products that do not comply with the company's standards to the supplier;

Finding import products and suppliers/manufacturers and determining working principles;

Negotiation with suppliers/manufacturers of import products and agreement on conditions;

Checking and controlling import documentation;

Control of conditions related to import and transportation, coordination of the delivery schedule, and communication with all parties;

Preparation of customs declaration documentation and control of procedures;

Arrangement of customs declaration documents and control of timely delivery;

Requiring and controlling the execution of procedures and rules of the customs department from all structures of the company;

Fulfillment of all other tasks assigned by the company's direct supervisors within the competence;
