Job Opening: Head of Financial Department

** Workplace: Tbilisi ** Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 19:00

** Subordinate structural units: Budgeting, Reporting and Analytics Department, Accounting, Financial Operations Group, Procurement Department.

Position Description and Main Functions-Responsibilities:

** To lead the Financial Department, subordinate structural units, and financial management processes, assess the effectiveness of activities, and monitor performance. ** To develop and implement the company's financial strategy, financial policy, budgeting methodology, internal control mechanisms, and financial management standards. ** To act as a business partner to management, supporting decision-making based on financial analysis. ** To manage the implementation of the ERP system, promote automation of financial and business processes, and ensure data standardization and system integration. ** To manage annual, medium-term, and long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business forecasting processes. ** To develop a system for managerial, financial, and statistical reporting, implement KPIs and Dashboards, and provide regular reporting to management. ** To effectively manage the company's liquidity, cash flows, banking relationships, and financial resources. ** To conduct financial evaluation, financial modeling, and profitability analysis of investment projects, new business initiatives, and commercial projects. ** To analyze the company's cost structure, identify initiatives for increasing efficiency and optimizing costs, and control implementation. ** To identify, assess, and manage financial, tax, operational, and compliance risks. ** To coordinate internal and external audit processes, strengthen the financial control environment, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. ** To determine procurement policy, approval limits, and financial control mechanisms, and monitor implementation. ** To oversee the financial activities, reporting, and financial standards of subsidiaries (if any).

Qualification Requirements:

** Higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration.

** At least 7-10 years of experience in finance management, including experience working in a leadership position.

** Experience working in a multi-company, holding or rapidly growing business environment is desirable.

** In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, management accounting, financial analysis and tax system (practical experience is desirable)

** Experience in implementing ERP systems or participating in ERP projects will be considered an advantage.

** Experience working with BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio or others).

** Good knowledge of English (mandatory).
