Hotel "MONTE" is announcing a vacancy for an Administrator position.

Location: Gudauri

The hotel is located in the mountain ski resort of Gudauri. The hotel has 31 rooms, a restaurant, lobby bar, entertainment and spa area.

Work schedule: Full-time Salary: To be agreed

Main responsibilities:

• To receive, accommodate and bid farewell to guests according to the standards existing in the hotel;
• To register guests in the system and perform relevant financial operations;
• To provide guests with desired information about rooms, tariffs and other services available in the hotel;
• To prepare current day's bookings in the system (printing registration cards, making keys);
• To pass necessary information to other departments in the hotel at the end and beginning of a working day;
• To receive incoming reservations and phone calls and provide relevant information;
• To work in the hotel program (area.ly) with functions designated for the position;
• To communicate with clients via phone, direct or email, observing correspondence culture and standards;
• To provide guests with information about regional attractions and direct them properly if needed;
• To react promptly to unforeseen problems and find quick solutions;
• To act in compliance with hotel service standards.

Required skills:

• Perfect knowledge of Georgian and English, knowledge of another foreign language will be considered an advantage.
• Good communication skills;

• Teamwork skills;
• Attention to detail.
