"Restaurant Istoria" is a newly opened restaurant in the heart of the city, offering guests a unique taste, high standards, and an exceptional environment. We are creating a place where quality, comfort, and hospitality come together.

We are currently looking for professional and motivated team members who will be involved in creating a new project and help us offer an exceptional experience.

Work location: Tbilisi, Abanotubani

Working hours: 9-hour working day, 2 days off

Salary: ₾1300-1500 (with growth prospects, depending on the candidate's qualifications)

Job duties:

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;
• Preparing cocktails according to recipes and standards;
• Controlling bar cleanliness and hygiene;
• Communicating with guests and providing high service;
• Working with the cash register and POS system;
• Maintaining dishes, inventory, and bar equipment;
• Observing sanitary and safety norms;
• Fulfilling direct supervisor's tasks.

Basic requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a barman;
• Basic knowledge of cocktails and beverages;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment;
• Tidiness and attention to cleanliness;
• Customer orientation;
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages is required.
