B2B Sales Manager

Company 2GIS Georgia invites a B2B Sales Manager to join the Batumi team.

Workplace and conditions:

** City: Batumi; ** Work format: Office work and client meetings across the city; ** Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00-19:00; ** Break: 13:00-14:00; ** Salary: Fixed salary of 1,500 GEL + sales bonus; ** Average monthly income is approximately 3,000 GEL; successful managers' income exceeds 4,000 GEL.

Main responsibilities:

** Finding new corporate clients; ** Making cold calls and scheduling business meetings; ** Conducting meetings with company owners and leaders; ** Identifying business needs and offering relevant 2GIS advertising solutions; ** Preparing commercial offers; ** Conducting negotiations and formalizing agreements; ** Developing long-term relationships with clients; ** Working in CRM system and fulfilling sales plan.

Requirements for the candidate:

** Fluent knowledge of Georgian and Russian languages; ** Ability to easily establish contact with people; ** Persuasive and clear communication; ** Goal-orientedness, initiative, and willingness to work with objections; ** Desire to learn and develop in the direction of active B2B sales; ** Experience in sales will be considered an advantage, but is not required.
