Qualification requirements:
** Higher education in urban planning, architecture, spatial planning, or a related field;
** At least 5 years of experience in urban planning, architecture, project management, or a similar field;
** Experience in preparing and agreeing on CRP, DCP, or other urban planning documentation;
** Good knowledge of Georgian urban planning and construction legislation;
** Experience working with local self-government and relevant state agencies;
** Ability to prepare project and technical documentation;
** Knowledge of AutoCAD;
** Experience working with GIS programs;
** Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D modeling programs.
