Universal Administrator

The construction and development company "Elt Group" announces a vacancy for a Universal Administrator at the apart-hotel.

Main responsibilities:

• Receive, accommodate and escort guests according to standards;
• Control entry and exit at the apart-hotel reception;
• Monitor compliance with internal security rules;
• Maintain order on the premises and promptly record suspicious or non-standard situations, informing the responsible person;
• Control room status and condition;
• Manage payments and documentation, ensuring accuracy;
• Receive bookings;
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide relevant information;
• Maintain telephone conversation and email correspondence standards and culture;
• Collaborate with other hotel departments during work and exchange information;
• Perform tasks assigned by the direct supervisor related to the position and competence.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience as an administrator is desirable;
• Experience working with 1C software is desirable;
• Experience in the security field will be considered an additional advantage;
• Knowledge of foreign languages at a communicative level is required;
