Digital Marketing Manager

"Chanta's House" and City Leasing announce a vacancy for a Digital Marketing Manager.

We already have employees working on social media, creating photo and video content, managing social networks, and participating in advertising activities.

At this stage, we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who will lead and coordinate the existing team, develop a unified digital marketing strategy, and be responsible for the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and the continuous improvement of results.

Working conditions:

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Rostevan Street.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy for the companies;
• Plan the work of the social media team, distribute tasks, and control their execution;
• Develop monthly and weekly content plans;
• Determine the theme, format, and direction of videos, Reels, Stories, and posts;
• Develop creative advertising ideas, offers, and campaigns;
• Professionally plan, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager;
• Determine advertising audiences, goals, budgets, and campaign structures;
• Conduct A/B testing of different audiences, offers, and creatives;
• Effectively manage the advertising budget and optimize results;
• Monitor and analyze leads, messages, sales, conversions, and other important KPIs;
• Continuously improve campaigns based on received data;
• Monitor competitors and market trends;
• Develop a marketing strategy for two different business areas - Retail and Leasing;
• Prepare regular reports for management: what was done, how much was spent, what results were achieved, and what needs to be improved in the next period.

Requirements:

• Practical work experience in digital marketing;
• High-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and experience in managing real advertising campaigns;
• Experience in creating social media strategies and content plans;
• Experience in managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns;
• Ability to analyze marketing data and KPIs;
• Ability to manage, coordinate, and correctly distribute tasks to the team;
• Creative and analytical thinking;
• Ability to take responsibility and make independent decisions;
• Experience working in Retail, Finance, Leasing, or the service sector will be considered an advantage.
