"Georgia Clinics" is announcing a vacancy for a Medical Equipment and Inventory Procurement Analyst at the head office.

"Georgia Clinics" is the largest hospital network in Georgia.

Work location: Tbilisi, Tsinadze str. N24a; Working hours: Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00;

Main duties and responsibilities:

Analysis of consumption requirements across the network and creation of a procurement plan. Research of suppliers in the market, comparison of offers, and value analysis (TCO). Organization of tender-related processes and management of relevant documentation, ensuring compliance with internal rules and regulations. Negotiation of contract terms, including price, payment terms, and service levels. Monitoring of budget and prices, identification of savings, and reporting on KPIs. Optimization of inventory, determination of minimum and maximum levels, and prevention of stockouts. Collaboration with engineering and clinical teams on technical specifications. Quality and compliance control, maintenance of certificates and documentation. Coordination of logistics, including timely delivery, receipt, and installation. Risk management and expansion of the alternative supplier base. Data processing and visualization. Support of organizational processes in case of emergency needs. Performance of various tasks assigned by the direct supervisor and coordinator related to the job;

Qualification requirements and skills:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields. At least 2 years of work experience in procurement analysis or category management; experience in the medical field will be considered an advantage. Ability to manage procurement processes and conduct effective analysis. Intermediate knowledge of English or Russian. Attention to detail and ability to focus on details; Analytical thinking; Decision-making ability; Ability to identify and eliminate problems;

4. The Employer undertakes to process the information obtained from the Candidate during the pre-contractual period to the extent and within the limits necessary to achieve the goal of the Candidate's employment. The obtained information is stored with the Employer for no more than 3 (three) years, and in case of any disputed issues that may be related to the Candidate or the obtained information, until the relevant dispute is resolved. In addition, in the presence of disputed circumstances, the Employer is entitled to transfer the obtained information to the relevant competent authorities. Also, the data sent by the Candidate may not be considered for this vacancy and may be reserved for another relevant vacancy. In case of employment, the Candidate's data will be stored for at least the entire period of employment.
