Our production company is looking for a Warehouse Manager Assistant to join our team, who will be responsible for daily warehouse processes, accurate inventory and data control in the 1C system and the Georgian tax system. Key Responsibilities: - Accurate accounting of finished products, returns, and pallets. - Reflection and control of data in 1C and tax systems. - Accounting and inventory of all warehouse areas (finished, damaged products, TMS). - Production of documentation: acceptance, return, loss acts, TMS movement. - Compliance with internal standards for product acceptance. - Comparison / study of data in 1C and RS.ge.
Qualification Requirements: - Experience in a similar position or warehouse accounting. - Knowledge of 1C program. - Basic knowledge of Georgian tax legislation (warehouse accounting). - Attention to detail, high responsibility. - Willingness to work in an open warehouse.
Will be considered an advantage: - Experience in using mobile devices (Zebra, Honeywell). - Ability to photograph returned / damaged products. - Knowledge of Power BI or experience in analytical work on warehouse data.
