Position: Sorting Warehouse Manager

Workplace: Tbilisi

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: 1800-2000 GEL (NET)

Main Responsibilities:

Receiving, sorting, and categorizing cargo in the warehouse, involvement in the process with team members; Coordinating and monitoring daily warehouse operations; Communicating with courier companies and redirecting sorted cargo to relevant branches; Processing and responding to requests from the head office and branches; Controlling receipt and transfer processes; Managing and motivating the warehouse team; Timely identification and resolution of problems arising in the process; Reporting to management on existing processes; Compliance with company internal procedures and standards.

Qualification Requirements:

Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage; Experience in logistics, warehouse, or operational processes will be considered an advantage; Good organizational and time management skills; High sense of responsibility and attention to detail; Effective communication and teamwork skills; Ability to quickly identify and solve problems; Knowledge of office programs; Ability to work in a busy environment.
