The "Unfound Door" hotel is announcing a vacancy for the position of a cook.

Short job description:

** Preparing dishes from existing menus and adhering to relevant standards.

Functions and responsibilities:

** Preparing dishes from the object's menus, considering high standards and quality

** Managing subordinate employees and supervising kitchen sections to ensure timely preparation and presentation of orders / monitoring

** Ensuring / controlling hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen area, maintaining constant cleanliness of workspaces.

** Controlling the taste properties of dishes to ensure compliance with the standards set by the head chef

** Minimizing losses, controlling stocks, portions, and "target plate", ensuring advance supply

** Monitoring food storage and storage conditions, managing processes according to standards

Qualification requirements:

** Experience working in this position

** Knowledge of English is desirable, any additional language will be considered an advantage

** Orientation towards details and improving results

Conditions:

** Workplace - Tbilisi, D. Aghmashenebeli Avenue 111

** Work schedule - 5 working days a week, 8-hour schedule
