Cooking Assistant

Hotel "Unfound Door" is announcing a vacancy for the following position: Cooking Assistant.

Short job description: Preparation of dishes from menus and compliance with relevant standards

Function-responsibilities:

** Preparation of dishes from the object's menus, considering high standards and quality

** Ensuring/ controlling hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen area, maintaining constant cleanliness of workspaces

** Food preparation, cutting, sorting, and storage

** Maintaining food storage and display conditions

** Safe and responsible management of kitchen equipment

** Assistance in inventory control and replenishment of kitchen supplies as needed

Qualification requirements:

** Experience will be considered an advantage

** Knowledge of English is desirable,

Personal qualities:

** Responsibility

** Teamwork skills

** Organization, discipline

** Effective communication skills

** Orientation on details and improving results

Conditions:

Workplace - Tbilisi, D. Archagelis Avenue 111

Work schedule - 5 working days a week, 8-hour schedule
