Audio-Visual Equipment and Event Technical Assistant

Audio-visual equipment and event technical support company "AV RENT / Proelectronics" is looking for responsible and physically prepared employees for periodic work at events.

At this stage, we mainly need employees for assembling and disassembling stage constructions, stages, and podiums. The activity may also include assisting in the transportation and installation of sound, lighting, and LED screen devices.

Job description:

** Preparing the necessary inventory for events in the warehouse and loading it into the vehicle;

** Transporting and placing equipment at the event location;

** Assembling and disassembling stage constructions, stages, and podiums;

** Assisting in the installation of speakers, lighting, and other technical devices;

** Disassembling, loading, and returning inventory to the warehouse after the event;

** Organizing and properly storing working inventory.

Work schedule:

** The work is not daily and has a flexible schedule. The employee is called in according to planned events, with prior agreement. ** It is possible to combine this activity with another job, studies, or sports activities. The main thing is to be 100% present at the agreed-upon time.

** The estimated workload is approximately 3 to 10 events per month. Seasonally, there can be both several consecutive working days and relatively less workload. The most active period is mainly from May to mid-January.

Basic requirements:

** The highest level of punctuality and appearing at the agreed-upon time, whether it's 7 am or any other time;

** High sense of responsibility and discipline;

** Readiness for physical exertion;

** Ability to work in a team, respecting other team members;

** Accurate execution of tasks;

** Being absolutely sober during work;

** Careful and responsible attitude towards working inventory.

Will be considered an advantage:

** Willingness to work in this industry and develop; ** Experience in assembling stage constructions or other technical devices in any way;

** Interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn new things;

** Experience working in the technical field of events.

Experience is not necessary - the main thing is responsibility, discipline, physical preparation, and a desire to learn.

An employee with relevant skills and interest will have the opportunity to gradually learn and develop in the following areas:

** Stage lighting; ** Sound systems; ** LED screens; ** Stage and covering constructions.

Remuneration:

The remuneration is determined for each event and ranges from approximately 200 to 700 GEL, depending on the volume, complexity, duration, and responsibility of the work. Payment is made within 1 week after the event.

Specific working conditions, schedule, and remuneration are communicated to the employee in advance.
