Main responsibilities:
- To manage the process of serving customers in a medical institution in accordance with the established rules;
- To identify the customer's needs and provide relevant information;
- To register / redirect the customer to medical services;
- To provide information to customers about the actions / projects available in the network and offer them;
- To provide laboratory test results;
