Unique Aesthetics company announces a vacancy for the position of Head of Marketing Department.

Unique Aesthetics is a distribution company under the umbrella of Aptos LLC, whose portfolio includes international premium brands of aesthetic medicine. Our portfolio includes the following leading brands: Aptos, Ellure, Allergan, ZO Skin Health, Mesoestetic, Pluryal, Bioformula, Dermapen and Jalupro.

Currently, we are represented in 7 markets: Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Germany, Czech Republic, Dubai and Hong Kong. We are in a significant phase where we need to form a perfect marketing team, set up processes and increase sales.

Our goal is to establish Unique Aesthetics as a leading aesthetic distribution brand and set up processes.

Along with forming a marketing strategy, it is very important for us to develop all the brands in our portfolio in our markets - increase awareness and sales, conduct image events and participate in international congresses.

Type of work / working hours:

** Workplace: Tbilisi, G. Amilakhvari 15; ** Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:30-18:00;

Main functions and responsibilities:

Strategy and planning

** Develop and implement a marketing strategy in existing markets; ** Increase brand awareness in both B2B and B2C directions; ** Determine marketing processes, deadlines and KPIs; ** Define marketing functions and priorities for each country/office; ** Develop a strategy for launching new products on the market and developing brands in the portfolio; ** Plan, redistribute and control the marketing budget; ** Plan marketing activities and events focused on commercial results according to sales plans.

Leading the team and setting up the process

** Manage the marketing team in Georgia, define functions and responsibilities; ** Create and implement marketing processes and standard operating procedures (SOP); ** Coordinate with marketing teams in other countries - Germany, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Czech Republic, Dubai and Hong Kong; ** Establish a process of regular and effective communication in all markets; ** Manage brand managers, set goals and objectives and evaluate results; ** Control the compliance of social media content and visual materials with brand standards.

Communication with international brands and sales

** Managing relationships with international brands and manufacturers;

** Planning and coordinating marketing activities with country leaders;

** Analyzing sales results by brand and market and planning corresponding marketing activities;

** Monitoring brand sales plan execution and developing growth-oriented initiatives;

** Evaluating the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities and significant events;

** Preparing monthly reports and presentations for leadership and international partners.

CRM activation and management system

** Assessing the current state of CRM usage in all offices and identifying gaps; ** Developing an action plan for effective CRM usage and development; ** Supporting and training local teams on CRM usage; ** Controlling team task management and performance on relevant platforms; ** Preparing monthly team activity reports for leadership.

Required education and experience:

** Higher education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; ** At least 5 years of experience in marketing, including experience working in a managerial position; ** Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies; ** Experience in team management and work process organization; ** Experience in brand management and product launch; ** Experience in marketing budget planning and control; ** Ability to analyze sales results and marketing effectiveness; ** Experience working with CRM systems; ** High-level English language skills; ** Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred: experience working with international brands and managing marketing activities across multiple markets.
