Job Description - As an SME Banker, you will study each medium client in the field, systematically analyze their requests and needs, and offer them tailored, diversified banking and financial products; - You will actively work on growing the loan and deposit portfolio, attracting new clients, and ensuring the profitability of the portfolio under your management; - You will constantly maintain a high level of service for medium clients, be their interest promoter, and strategic advisor; - You will constantly monitor the quality of the portfolio under management and ensure timely identification of risks; - You will conduct visits to potential and existing clients, gather necessary information, and, in close cooperation with financial analysts, ensure the efficient and effective management of the loan process.

This vacancy is for you if you have: - Strong sales skills and result-oriented approach; - Convincing, effective communication, and negotiation skills; - Quick, critical, and logical thinking; - Initiative, desire to attract new clients, and search for challenges; - Ability to organize activities, set priorities, and manage time; - Teamwork and stress management skills.

Qualification Qualification and experience: - Experience in working with business (medium/large) clients and active sales; - Successful experience in managing a business portfolio (Portfolio Management); - Basic understanding of financial indicators and data (to correctly assess client needs and communicate with analysts) - Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies
