Head of Warehouse

We are looking for a Head of Warehouse in the Operations Support Department of Bank of Georgia.

Main Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage the warehouse in accordance with the processes and procedures existing in the bank;

• Oversee and control the current processes and technical operations in the warehouse (receiving, issuing, warehousing);

• Implement best practices for effective utilization of warehouse space;

• Develop and implement effective operational policies and procedures for the warehouse;

• Plan and control the inventory process in the warehouse;

• Generate required reports;

• Manage and develop direct subordinates.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;

• Higher education;

• Proficiency in office computer programs;

• Experience working with warehouse management programs.

Necessary Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to implement initiatives to improve processes;

• Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems;

• Detail-oriented;

• Analytical thinking;

• Team management skills;
