Dispatcher

Access-A-Ride logistics company "Caucasus Horizon" is announcing a vacancy for a Dispatcher position.

Compensation: $5-7 per hour (depending on experience and working hours).

Work schedule: The work schedule is divided into shifts. Each shift includes 4-5 working days a week.

Work schedule:

** First shift - 14:00 (8-10-hour shift);

** Second shift - 17:00 (7-8-hour shift)

** Third shift - 20:00 (7-8-hour shift)

Exact shift hours and days are negotiable.

Work format: Remote.

Main responsibilities:

** Planning, managing, and constant improvement of driver schedules;

** Daily communication and operational support for Georgian drivers.

Qualification requirements:

** High sense of responsibility;

** Patience;

** Quick thinking;

** Good communication skills;

** Basic computer knowledge;

** Ability to effectively use Google Maps;

** English language proficiency - at least B2 level;

** Availability of headphones;

** Availability of a laptop;

** Fast and stable internet.

Skills:

** Ability to plan and organize work;

** Effective communication skills;

** Fluent speech;

** Ability to work individually and as a team;

** Customer and service quality orientation.

Will be considered an advantage:

** Good knowledge of New York (NY) geography;

** Experience working in the logistics field and knowledge of an additional language.

Candidate selection:

Candidates will go through two stages of selection:

1. Interview;

2. 5-day unpaid training;

3. 5-day paid internship;

4. If the internship is successfully completed, you will become a team member.
