Micro Business Banker

We are looking for a Micro Business Banker to join the Telavi branch of "Tera Bank".

This vacancy is for you if:

** You have negotiation and sales skills

** You are communicative and detail-oriented

Your responsibilities will include:

** Attracting/retaining micro and small segment clients and providing them with high-quality services

** Processing micro and small segment loans, conducting financial analysis, approval, and disbursement

** Ensuring the implementation of an individual plan, credit portfolio growth, and quality.

If you have the necessary knowledge and qualifications:

** Higher education (preferably in banking, finance, or economics)

** At least 1 year of experience working with business clients in the banking/finance sector

** Ability to analyze complex financial data and reports

** Basic knowledge of office computer programs (including Excel)
