Job Description
This is a post-sales service and client relationship (Account Management) position. Your main mission is to maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships with existing investors. You will be their primary point of contact after the purchase stage and will offer new investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship with Investors: Building/managing long-term and reliable relationships with investors; Identifying client needs and offering optimal solutions; Proactive communication about construction progress and updates; Systematic monitoring of client feedback and internal reporting.
Additional Sales (Upsell / Cross-sell): Offering new projects, repair or design services to existing investors (trust-based communication); Coordinating repair and design processes and constantly informing the investor.
Administration: Preparing invoices, controlling payment schedules and deadlines; Regularly updating and processing the client database; Preparing contracts and agreements with the legal department; Complete knowledge of the company's products and close collaboration with other departments.
Requirements:
