"Georgia Clinics" is announcing a vacancy for an Economic Service Assistant/Specialist in Tbilisi.

Work location: Tbilisi, Givi Zhvania St. 3 (Tzitzishvili Children's Clinic)

Work schedule: 24-hour shifts;

Main responsibilities:

Quick response to and resolution of economic and technical issues arising in the medical institution; Receiving and arranging goods in the medical institution's warehouse; Constant monitoring of ventilation, heating, electricity, and plumbing systems in the medical institution and ensuring problem elimination; Receiving/distributing oxygen cylinders and controlling their safe use; Involvement in other technical issues in the medical institution; Performing other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Job requirements:

Technical education is a plus; Work experience is a plus.

1. The Candidate undertakes to provide the Employer with complete information about any circumstances that may hinder the performance of work or pose a threat to the interests of the Employer or third parties. In case of violation of this obligation, the relevant candidacy may be removed from the selection competition, and in case of cooperation, a written warning may be issued, or the employment contract may be terminated.

3. The Employer, based on the Candidate's present consent, declares that it will process the information obtained from the Candidate during the pre-contractual period within the scope of "Sakartvelos Klinikebi" JSC (ID 404476205) or any medical institution within its network (for the avoidance of doubt, a medical institution within the network means any profile company affiliated with and/or connected to "Sakartvelos Klinikebi" JSC and/or any company under its direct or indirect management).

4. The Employer undertakes to process the information obtained from the Candidate during the pre-contractual period to the extent and within the limits necessary to achieve the goal of the Candidate's employment. The obtained information will be stored with the Employer for no more than 3 (three) years, and in case of any disputed issues that may be related to the Candidate or the obtained information, until the relevant dispute is resolved. In case of disputed circumstances, the Employer is entitled to transfer the obtained information to the relevant competent authorities. Additionally, the data sent by the Candidate may not be considered for this vacancy and may be reserved for another relevant vacancy. In case of employment, the Candidate's data will be stored for at least the entire period of employment.

5. The Employer also undertakes to provide the Candidate with complete information about the work to be performed, the form of the employment contract (written, oral), its term, working conditions, and the employee's legal status during the pre-contractual period.

6. In order to implement a high standard of personal data protection and effectively manage/resolve any issues related to personal data processing, the person granting this consent is entitled to consult with the Employer's Personal Data Protection Officer at any time and receive qualified and operational service within the shortest possible time.
