Responsibilities:
Monitoring the work of branch employees, optimal planning of schedules, and ensuring their qualification growth; Control of product balances, sales analysis, and ordering as needed; Management of cash operations, daily checking of software data, and supervision of the inventory process; Ensuring compliance with service standards and managing the process of customer interaction (including exchange and return procedures); Ensuring order, security, and protection of property in the branch in accordance with the company's policy.
Requirements:
Higher education (Business Administration, Management, or Economics); At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or administrative position in the retail trade sphere; Advanced knowledge of MS Excel; Experience working with warehouse and cash programs (1C is desirable); Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team; Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly solve problems.
