Main functions and responsibilities:
Thorough study of the company's product range, technical characteristics and usage specifics; Planning, organizing and developing business relationships with aesthetic clinics, medical institutions and relevant profile doctors; Effective presentation of the company's products, provision of consultations and negotiation; Finding new customers, forming partnership relationships and developing existing base; Fulfillment of sales plan and constant monitoring of results; Analysis of market trends, competitive environment and customer needs, processing of relevant information and submission of recommendations; Collection, analysis and provision of feedback from customers; Offering new initiatives to improve sales growth and business processes; Representation of the company at international exhibitions, conferences and other professional events; Performance of other functions and responsibilities related to the position, within the competence, at the direct request of the supervisor.
Qualification requirements:
Higher education (preferably in medical, pharmaceutical, biological or related fields); Experience in retail or corporate sales; Experience in medical sales is desirable; Knowledge of English and/or Russian is desirable; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; Effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills; Result-oriented, high sense of responsibility and ability to manage time effectively; Ability to attract new customers and develop long-term partnership relationships.
