Company "UGT" announces a vacancy for the position of Economic Specialist.

Main functions and responsibilities:

Bringing office and household goods received at the office to the warehouse; Supplying office and stationery inventory to employees; Supervising repair work, providing necessary materials and performing small-scale repair work; Receiving and storing drinking water supplies; filling dispensers in the office and supervising their proper operation; Identifying damages in the office and responding promptly (within the competence to eliminate the problem or inform the relevant services); Monitoring, maintenance and repair of heating and air conditioning systems in the office; Informing the manager about the activities carried out, current and planned for the future; Performing other tasks of the manager within the competence.

Work experience:

Preferably experience working in this direction.
