We are looking for motivated interns who are ready to thoroughly study the MARK4 ecosystem (its financial, operational, and HR modules) and become a bridge between our technology and partner businesses. Upon successful completion of the internship, you will become a full-fledged team member.

Key responsibilities:

** In-depth study of MARK4 products, modules, and functionality;

** Analysis of partner companies' business processes and identification of their needs;

** Participation in the process of system implementation and integration for new clients;

** Teaching and consulting clients on effective use of the system.

Requirements and skills:

** Higher education (or a graduating student) in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields;

** Basic knowledge of Excel;

** Ability to quickly master business processes and logical chains;

** Analytical and structural thinking, the ability to see simplicity in complexity;

** Effective communication and presentation skills for working with partners;

** Interest in technological innovations.

Internship stages and conditions:

** Stage I, Intensive training (2 weeks): The first two weeks of the internship will be dedicated to in-depth study of MARK4 products, modules, and business logic with the support of experienced mentors.

** Stage II, Paid practice (3 months): Immediately after completing the theoretical course, you will be directly involved in the real work process and participate in system implementation with partner companies. This period is fully paid.

** Employment prospects: After successful completion of the 3-month period, we will discuss the transfer of the best candidates to a permanent (long-term) position in the team and career growth.
